Making Payments

We can accept and prefer Bank Transfer however if you have received an invoice from us we can also accept payments by Debit or Credit Card.

We use STRIPE a secure provider for card payments and information about them can be found below. 

  • PCI DSS Level 1 Certification: Stripe holds the highest possible certification in the payment card industry, meaning it follows strict rules for handling, processing, and storing sensitive cardholder data.

  • Encryption: All sensitive information, such as credit card numbers and personal details, is encrypted both when it is being sent (in transit) and when it is stored (at rest). This makes the data unreadable to unauthorized parties, even if intercepted.

  • Tokenization: When you enter your card details, Stripe replaces that information with a unique "token" (a random code). The actual card data is stored in a separate, secure "vault" that is isolated from the main system. This means the merchant you are paying never has direct access to your full card details.

  • Stripe Radar (Fraud Detection): Stripe uses a machine learning tool called Radar that analyzes billions of transactions across the entire Stripe network to identify and block suspicious payments in real-time. The system gets smarter over time and helps prevent fraud losses.

  • 3D Secure (3DS) Authentication: For certain online transactions, Stripe supports 3D Secure, which is an extra verification step. Your bank might ask you to enter a one-time code sent to your phone or use biometric verification (like a fingerprint or Face ID) to confirm your identity.

  • Strong Authentication for Accounts: Stripe encourages and provides multi-factor authentication (MFA) options for its business users, adding an extra layer of security against unauthorized account access.
